Missons
are very important to us. We have branched out from operating
solely in Mexico and been blessed with being able to send
John on four trips to Ecuador (Quito and Riobamba). While
there he helped the team build churches and a district
center for the Work and Witness program of the Church
of the Nazarene. The last trip was January 17 through
28 of 2011 with Sun City Nazarene. The pictures from this
latest trip may be viewed from our home page...just click
on the picture to view the whole album.
Our
goal is to take some of the youth of our area on one of
these trips, either Ecuador or Mexico. Please keep this
in prayer. Of equal importance is the "missions"
here in the United States. We look on the SPRING Student
Center as being a mission field to witness for the Lord
here in our own town.
We
have ministered at the Casa Hogar Emmanuel, an orphanage
in Naco, Sonora, Mexico where we involved the youth
and many adults from Wynne Chapel, in the effort. We
painted the girls dorms, fixed and painted their picnic
tables, repaired the roof (inside and out) and made
some great friends. This orphanage is now operated by
The Southern Baptist Association. Click
here for some pictures.
Please
continue to pray for the work in Mexico, Ecuador, the
SPRING and for those who do not know the Lord Jesus
as their Savior.
The
R & R Ranch is continually developing contacts in
other parts of Mexico to spread God’s Word through establishing
new churches and helping others grow in their faith.
